PRIDE, or Peers Recognizing Individual Deeds of Excellence, is a program designed to recognize NCTCOG employees who perform acts which are exemplary in conduct or service. This recognition program reinforces agency values, recognizes personal performance and achievement, plus builds mutual commitments and relationships. The award is given annually to one group and one individual through an employee nomination and selection process.
The PRIDE Award
Our employees and their service to the agency are valued. The NCTCOG recognizes employees who have reached milestone years in their service to the agency and are honored at an annual recognition program.
Instead of just saying a quick “Thank You”, employees recognize one another through our CandyGram program.
A CandyGram is a certificate of appreciation from an employee that comes with a personalized message and candy.
